About Me
I am a lifelong learner and a hands-on problem solver. I don’t have a formal tech or software engineering degree—my skills come entirely from practical operations experience and pure curiosity. When faced with chaotic, unstructured problems, my first step is always to find the underlying pattern and fundamentals. I look at the root cause to figure out the most practical way to completely erase the trouble. I get bored easily doing the exact same manual tasks every day, so I use modern AI tools to automate the repetitive parts of my work. I enjoy applying critical thinking to break down complex systems and find straightforward, logical ways to build them out in the real world.

- Visualizing Data for Clear Decisions: I believe dashboards have only one real job: making complex numbers simple enough that business leaders can immediately make precise decisions. I build clean, highly readable dashboards using tools like Looker Studio and Feishu Base.
- Automating Lead Collection: I hate manual data entry. If a team spends hours collecting leads by hand, I figure out how to script and automate the pipeline so it runs on its own.
- Connecting Operations & Systems: I look at the big picture. I understand how customer records in a CRM should connect directly to physical hardware tracking (IoT) so every single sale gets reported accurately to headquarters.
- Content Planning: Mapping out practical content strategies to support active marketing and lead generation goals.

Worked directly with regional sales data, lead generation, and internal system tracking to help drive operational decisions.
- Automated Leads Collection: Tired of collectors manually asking for data every single time, I built a highly accessible automated intake pipeline using Google Forms to create a clean, self-sustaining collection loop that saved the team from endless manual copy-pasting.
- Interactive Dashboards & Unit Economics: Built custom reporting dashboards inside Feishu Base and Google Looker Studio to track 10 core operational metrics: total event spend (individual and monthly), corporate support budgets, direct dealer costs, out-of-pocket dealer event spend, average cost per activity, daily burn rate, cost-per-lead (CPL monthly breakdowns and daily trendlines), total activity volume, active duration days, and total closed sales. - Technical Program Management (CRM & IoT Blueprint): Engineered automated “Competition Mode” logic inside our WhatsApp routing engine to distribute leads fairly and reduce response delays. Configured validation triggers scanning 110+ dealer accounts to prevent duplicate serial numbers and pricing anomalies. Mapped out the conceptual system architecture linking customer CRM profiles directly to smart hardware IoT telemetry to track sold units automatically.
- Strategic Content Planning: Developed and executed targeted quarterly campaign strategies (including 32 monthly content pieces for the AO20 motorcycle launch) to support regional sell-through objectives.
